What is Terrra Madre Nordic?
Terra Madre Nordic is the meeting of the Nordic Slow Food network of small-scale, high-quality producers, activists, academics and cooks.
Over the weekend of 28th-29th April 2018, there will be a marketplace showcasing these producers, Slow Food, like-minded organizations and more. A range of taste workshops and moderated tastings will focus on product pairings and production methods, while talks, panels and debates will explore the politics of food.
We hope to start a dialogue across the Nordic countries about sustainable food production and consumption, create stronger, dedicated networks and relaunch the conversation about good, clean and fair Nordic Food.
